The Standards
Update Last : 01/23/2025
**All shows cap at 7 total performers with the option of 1 flex spot (Including Host) unless otherwise approved by The Show Production Members. Wristbands will be worn by all patrons that have paid the door fee. Anyone without a band will be subject to payment
Each performer will get a (+1) for free admission to each show they accompany. All other people in the performer party are subject to a door fee/suggested donation-if a charity show.
All music is on a “first come” basis. No advanced song calls. *For Sparkle Coalition shows: Song choices for each performer are to be listed in a comment under the “Call for Performers” post in the Sparkle Coalition FB page and must include the performer name and must be in show order. All other shows: refer to your show host.
All new performers to Sparkle Coalition will get one song in a show agreed upon by the performer and Show Production Members. Future bookings will be discussed and offered after that. Sparkle Coalition shows are an open, rotating monthly cast.
All nips and bits are to be covered at all times.
Stay off the main bar and all free standing tables.. No standing, dancing, falling, bleeding, dying allowed on the main bar or tables.
The Host is responsible for the show. They will need to get group chats together, have a DJ booked, ensure music is turned into the DJ, check in upon arrival to the event, get set lists together, printed, and distributed appropriately, start the show on time, and end the show successfully. If the host needs help accomplishing any tasks, they are to reach out to The Show Production Members for help.
Music should be turned into the DJ NO LATER than three (3) days prior to show day.
Implied Consent: There is an implied consent of performers in the bubbles of patrons during shows of these natures. Patrons are asked not to touch performers. If a patron puts their palms up at a performer, the patron does not want to be interacted with and that will stand as the universal signal for the performer to back down and move on.
Pay: It shall be up to the show host if the door money is to go to charity (if so; it MUST be clearly shown on all media). Otherwise all door money shall be divided up and dispensed to each performer as payout. It will be the host's discretion on pay out. *All Sparkle Coalition Shows are always charity events.
Only Performers and crew OF THE NIGHT in the back room/back smoking area. All patrons may use the front door and side smoking area. There is no room for foot traffic and there are performer valuables around the back room. Limit THREE (3) performers in Dressing Area 1 (The back office area). All others can go to Dressing Area 2 (By the back door). Non featured performers are NOT permitted to be in the Dressing Rooms if not actively performing.
Performers are allowed one (1) dresser to be allowed in the back with the performer if needed. It is requested that performers help eachother out and/or share dressers with each other since space is limited.
Hosting of Sparkle Coalition shows are by invite only by The Show Production Members. We will be working with anyone who wishes to start hosting to gain experience and learn show production.
All shows housed at Sirens are subject to approval by The Show Producers Members.
